My programs have been designed specifically with busy mums in mind. With my unique personal approach, there are no restrictive diets, no strict meal plans, and no excessive amount of exercise. It’s all about managing an effective, simple plan that works for YOUR lifestyle.

PACKAGE OPTIONS

BACK TO ME - TIME TO SHINE

  • This package is for the mums who have said enough is enough! It’s time to take back complete control of your health and fitness. This is the ultimate transformation package if you are looking for long-lasting RESULTS!

    Get everything you need to enable you to encompass a healthy lifestyle, from exercise, nutrition guidance, mindset support, accountability, goal setting and much more.

    You can finally, make long-term, sustainable changes, build healthy habits, and get the results you’ve been dreaming of.

  • AUD $85 p/week (12-week commitment)

    • 1 x weekly 1:1 PT in person (Kingsley WA 6026) or online which means that you are exercising consistently and you never feel alone in your fitness journey

    • Access to two online workouts each week so that you can exercise from anywhere, including the familiar space of your home - you won’t need to take the kids anywhere or find a sitter while you do something that’s good for you.

    • 6 x Fortnightly Walk & Talk coaching sessions (conducted via phone) so you get personalised coaching time with me.

    • This is your sacred time where your struggles are heard and your wins are celebrated. You will receive education, tools, support, accountability, strategies to identify and overcome any roadblocks. and brainstorm strategies together in order to map out your next steps so you have confidence and clarity in what you need to do to achieve your goals

    • Five days per week support to prevent any obstacles derailing your progress, which means that we get on top of your struggles before they become a real issue

    • Nutrition and exercise support, guidance and education so you’re never left wondering what choices to make or feeling unprepared

    • Weekly text support, check-ins and accountability means that you always have me there as your cheerleader, tracking your progress, making sure you feel supported to get the job done

    • FREE access to ‘The Accountabilty club’ to get social accountability, motivation and encouragement from likeminded women.

    • Goal-setting that provide you with a clear path to work towards.

    • A personalised action plan to suit YOUR lifestyle, so that this program actually works for you and your lifestyle building those important, healthy, sustainable habits.

    • Monthly Habit tracker, enabling you to build new habits and reach your goals with ease while showing you how far you’ve come, recognising where your struggles might be so we can review and improve – it’s a journey.

HEALTHY HABITS FOR LIFE

  • If you are feeling stuck, unmotivated and need a little nudge, support and guidance to get you back on track, these coaching session are the perfect way for you to start taking ACTION.

    During these calls, you'll take a walk in nature and discuss your health concerns, goals, and challenges. You'll receive personalised guidance and support to help you discover the right path forward for you in order to get the results you want.

    With Walk and Talk Health Coaching, you'll enjoy the benefits of physical activity and personalised coaching all in one convenient package.   • One off call: AUD $120 - 60 minute

    Ongoing Fortnightly calls: AUD $100 per call (Minimum 2 x calls)
